Terms of Purchase
Welcome to ENJO Singapore Online Shop.
The Terms of Purchase shall apply to you when you purchase products (the “Products”) from our Online Shop (the “Website”) that is operated by ENJO Dynamic Asia Pte Ltd (“ENJO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The term “Purchase” will be used to refer to the Products you have purchased. Please read the Terms of Purchase carefully before making a Purchase on the Website.
By making a Purchase on the Website, you agree that you have read the Terms of Purchase in full and you accept and agree to be bound by them. You must not make a Purchase on the Website if you have any objections to any clauses in the Terms of Purchase.
The Terms of Purchase may be amended from time to time without liability and without prior notice to you. The amended Terms of Purchase will be posted on the Website and will take effect from the date it was posted. You should regularly check the Terms of Purchase for updates before making a Purchase on the Website.
You waive any right to receive specific notice of each amendment to the Terms of Purchase. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms of Purchase to stay informed of updates. If you make a Purchase on the Website after the amended Terms of Purchase have been posted, it will be deemed that you are aware of and have accepted the changes in the amended Terms of Purchase.
Products and Prices
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the details, such as the colours, features and specifications of the Products available on the Website. However, there may be errors in the details of the Products and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the Products.
All Products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that the Products you ordered will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time for any reason without prejudice and without prior notice to you.
We make our best effort to ensure that the prices of our Products shown on the Website are correct. However, despite our best efforts there may be errors in the pricing. If the correct price is less than the stated price, we will charge the lower price. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will contact you for instructions before confirming and delivering your Purchase or we may reject your Purchase and notify you of such rejection.
The prices may change from time to time without prior notice to you. The change in prices will not affect the Purchase that has been placed and paid for.
Prices may include GST if applicable but does not include delivery charge and any other charges if applicable. The delivery charge and any other charges if applicable will be reflected in your checkout basket depending on the delivery method you have chosen.
Making a Purchase
By making a Purchase on the Website, you warrant that you are:
- At least 18 years old and if you are below 18 years old, you have obtained consent from your parents or legal guardian to make a Purchase.
- You are authorised to use the account to make a Purchase.
- Your place of resident is in Singapore.
Products are only sold in Singapore and we do not sell internationally.
A valid email address and contact number is required for us to be able to contact you if necessary.
After making a Purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email which would contain the details of your Purchase. This order confirmation email is not an acceptance of the Purchase that you have placed. Your Purchase is subjected to availability. You will be contacted if the Products are not available.
We reserve the right to refuse your Purchase placed through the Website. We may at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities of the purchased Products by per person, per household, or per purchase. These restrictions may include but is not limited to purchases placed by or under the same member account, payment method and/or billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit purchases that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Payment for your Purchase must be made through PayNow or Paypal on the checkout page. All payments are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated on the Website.
We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise your payment or charges you for online handling fee or processing fee.
You agree to pay the charges for your Purchase, any applicable delivery charge and any other charges if applicable when you checkout your Purchase.
If your Purchase has recurring charges, then you consent for us to charge you on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the applicable Purchase. Cancellation must be made one (1) month before the next recurring charge is due.
Title of the Products will pass to you only after payment have been received by us.
There will be a delivery charge for delivery to a single address within Singapore. An additional charge may be required for delivery to certain locations such as but not limited to Sentosa. The delivery charge and any additional charges if applicable may change from time to time without prior notice to you, however, such changes in delivery charge and any additional charges if applicable will not affect the Purchase that has already been placed, accepted and paid. We do not ship internationally.
The delivery will be made by third party delivery companies such as Singapore Post or any other delivery company that is appointed by us.
Delivery can only be made to a valid address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.
The Purchase will be delivered to the delivery address within 7-10 working days, with the exception where a Purchase may have Products that are unavailable. Products will be released when stock is made available.
When you receive your parcel, you will find enclosed your Products, and a packing slip outlining your purchased items.
We or our appointed delivery company will deliver the Purchase on the understanding that whoever receives the Products at the delivery address is authorized to receive the Products. A signature of the person accepting the Products as proof of delivery may be required.
Returns and Exchange
We are so confident that you will love your ENJO Products that if you are not completely satisfied with your Purchase or if any product does not perform as claimed, or is damaged or faulty, we will replace the product or refund your money, for a period of up to 30 days (one month) after your Purchase. If the option of a refund is selected the delivery charge and any additional charges if applicable will not be refunded.
Please note that if you purchased any ENJO Bundle or Special and decide within your 30 day period that you are not satisfied with a particular product, the entire Bundle or Special contents will be credited and each individual item will be invoiced accordingly.
Refunds will be made only after we have received the returned Products if applicable. Return postage and handling costs will not be covered by us. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the Products to us.
If you would like to return your Products personally, please email email@example.com to make arrangements. Returning your Products can only be made on weekdays during office hours and with an appointment.
If you wish to return any Products, it must be returned with the Invoice which was emailed to you after completion of your Purchase.
Accepting returned Products is at our sole discretion.
Exchanges are only available for Products of an equal dollar value.

Returns and Exchange - Atome
Please note if you purchased your items using Atome the following conditions apply.
If you wish to return your goods, contact our Friendly Customer Care team at 6270 8300. If you are eligible for a refund, your partial payment/payments will be adjusted accordingly and the appropriate amount, if applicable, will be refunded to you direct by Atome. Atome will process the refund immediately; this may take up to 48 hours for the bank to refund the money back into your account.
Exchanges are only available for products of an equal dollar value.

All ENJO cleaning fibres have a six (6) month warranty against faulty workmanship.
All ENJO hardware including the Floorcleaner, Window Combiwiper 16cm and 28cm and Flexi have a twelve (12) month warranty against faulty workmanship.
All other ENJO products including but not limited to bags and any other promotional items have a three (3) month warranty against faulty workmanship.
All Products are only covered when used for their intended purpose and cared for in the way prescribed in the Care Instructions found on the Website. Please keep your Invoice as proof of purchase is required to make a claim.

If any of the clauses of the Terms of Purchase are found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent authority, such clauses shall be amended to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and valid and the remaining clauses that are enforceable and valid shall remain enforceable and valid.
If you have breached any of the Terms of Purchase and we have not taken any action against you, it does not in any way mean or imply that we have waived our rights against you. We will still be entitled to exercise our rights and seek remedies against you at a later time or in any other situation where another breach of the Terms of Purchase have been committed by you.
The Terms of Purchase constitutes the entire agreement between us and you in relation to the purchase of Products and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
We will not be responsible for any failure or delays to comply with the Terms of Purchase if such failure and delays are caused by events that are beyond our control. Events such as but not limited to floods, fires, storms, earthquakes, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism, or malicious damage or destruction caused to our office, equipment and products.
In the event of a dispute, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the dispute informally with us.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
